The Digital Audio Unit (DAU) is mounted behind the car operating panel (COP) and works when connected to the Digital Communication Platform (DCP). The DAU is connected to the DCP by a 4-wire CAN Bus which provides power and communication including powering the lift alarm.
Decrease your installation time by installing the DCP emergency communication system. The system includes Digital Audio Units (DAUs) which can be mounted in multiple locations in the lift shaft and are connected to the machine-room mounted Digital Communication Platform (DCP) using only 2-wires through the travelling cable.

Fixed within the lift car and connected to an Avire emergency phone, the surface mount accessory is quick and easy to install and is compatible with Avire's digital audio and analogue audio (PSTN) emergency phones.
