Avire's range of PTSN Emergency telephones is long standing and has been developed and tailored to fit the lift industry's needs over many years. 

Providing both EN81-28 and EN81-70 compliance, our product range includes both Top Of Car (TOC) and Car Operating Panel (COP) mounting options along with all the necessary accessories such as external audio kits, power supplies, inductive loops and wiring looms; a key accessory for working with many OEM lifts to save time and hassle.

Analogue Audio Unit

The Analogue Audio Unit (AAU) is an emergency lift telephone that connects entrapped passengers to rescue centres for assistance. The PSTN auto-dialer enables reliable hands-free, 2-way emergency communication. Installation is quick and safety is assured with a system capable of remote diagnostics, monitoring and alerts.

The AAU provides flexible installation options for quick and easy installation on the back of the COP and is compatible with many existing alarm panel designs for seamless aesthetics.

Memcom+ Emergency Phone

The Memcom+ emergency telephone provides both a fully complaint EN81-28 & EN81-70 auto dialer and an engineer’s intercom for safer and more efficient installations.

We understand the need for minimising installation and programming time; therefore our solutions are easy to install and have a variety of programming options for both on site and remote programming.

Memcom+ includes an inbuilt LCD and keypad, together with a simple ‘tick & cross’ programming menu. This provides engineers with an easy-to-use interface; allowing any errors to be quickly and easily identified and resolved.

• Allows full compliance with EN81-28 and EN81-70
• Connect up to 8 Memcom emergency telephone units to the same phone line
• Up to 4 alarm numbers and 2 technical alarms
• Backlit LCD display for programming and status information

COP Surface Mount Audio Module

The surface mount audio module has a compact mechanical footprint with integrated accessories including a push button with raised legend, EN81-28 pictograms, inductive loop and an emergency light.

Fixed within the lift car and connected to an Avire emergency phone, the surface mount accessory is quick and easy to install and is compatible with Avire's digital audio and analogue audio (PSTN) emergency phones.
