ACLA Roller Guides
The ACLA-Roller Guide program includes various models of roller guides designed for high-speed electric and hydraulic lifts. The base supports made of special alloy or steel assuring an excellent stability of the complete roller guide units.
The rollers made of the high-quality polyurethane elastomer ACLATHAN offer the following advantages for the application:
- Low rolling resistance
- High loading capacity
- Excellent abrasion and wear resistance
- Low oscillation on account of high concentricity
- Silent running
- Maintenance-free
- Oil-resistant
- Minimum compression set (flattening) after temporary standstill
ETN Roller Guides
Whitesmith Solutions provides a comprehensive range of ETN roller guides, designed for use in both roped and hydraulic lifts.
The rollers feature a high-strength, lightweight alloy frame for enhanced durability. Each roller is coated with Vulkollan®, a premium elastomer known for its low rolling resistance and ability to absorb noise and oscillations effectively. This material minimizes settling, making it one of the most reliable options for high-load applications. Additionally, Vulkollan® offers excellent wear resistance and is highly resistant to oils and fats, ensuring long-lasting performance and durability in demanding elevator environments.

ELSCO Model A
A workhorse solution for high-rise or heavy service lifts
The Model A roller guide has been the industry’s gold standard for lift ride quality for more than 45 years. It's outstanding performance, rugged durability, and extended application range make it the flagship product.
Model A roller guides are designed with a number of features that provide superior riding characteristics. Spring-dampening in all directions and our unique “walking beam” design compensate for adverse operating conditions, bumps, and vibration. Simple adjustment procedures allow for customization to the specific challenges of the installation.
Key features:
- Six-wheel design
- Neoprene rubber roller wheels
- Adjustable stops
- Fully adjustable stabilizing springs
- Durable structural components
ELSCO Model B
The trusted industry standard for mid-rise lift cars
The Model B roller guide offers exceptional performance in a compact, easy-to-install package. A broad application range, ease of use, and outstanding value have made the Model B our most popular roller guide.
Typically used on moderate-speed, moderate-capacity lift cars, the Model B is equipped with a number of ride-improving features that have made it the preferred choice of so many lift companies around the world.
Key features:
- Neoprene rubber roller wheels
- Precision ball bearings
- Fully adjustable stabilizing springs
- Adjustable stops
- Durable structural components
ELSCO Model C
For high-rise or heavy-loading counterweights, and lift cars with challenging clearance requirements
The Model C roller guide is unique in its suitability to a wide variety of lift applications. It is primarily intended as the counterweight partner to the Model A. Yet it is also appropriate for use on lift cars where the ride quality advantages of six-wheel construction are needed, or where a smaller roller is required for clearance, such as in corner post applications.
Key Features:
- Six-wheel construction
- Neoprene rubber roller wheels
- Precision ball bearings
- Fully adjustable stabilizing springs
- Independent spring and float adjustment
- Durable structural components
ELSCO Model D
For low-to-mid-rise counterweights or small low-rise cars
The Model D roller guide has been engineered to maximize economy while optimizing ride quality. Primarily designed as a counterweight partner to the Model B roller guide, it can also be used successfully on very light load, low-speed lift cars where the ride quality advantages of a spring-loaded guide are desired.
Key Features:
- Neoprene rubber roller wheels
- Precision ball bearings
- Fully adjustable stabilizing springs
- Durable structural components
ELSCO Model E
An economy solution for low-rise and hydraulic lifts
The Model E roller guide provides an economical, ride-quality-oriented solution for light- to moderate-capacity hydraulic lifts. Their light weight and compact design make for easy installation. Although Model E guides are not spring-loaded, they remain adjustable within a 1/8″ (3mm) range (on eccentric mounting bolts), and they employ the same ride-quality-improving neoprene wheels as the rest of the ELSCO line.
Key Features:
- Neoprene rubber roller wheels
- Precision ball bearings
- Eccentric wheel axle bolts
- Durable structural components
ELSCO Express 3
The Ultimate Ride Quality Solution for high-speed cars
The Express-3 roller guide represents a groundbreaking combination of lift ride quality, value, and ease of use. The culmination of a half-century of ELSCO expertise in improving ride quality, the 10-inch Express-3 utilizes a patented shock absorbing pivot bearing to isolate the lift car and its occupants from uneven or misaligned rails.
The result is a compact, light-weight roller guide that is the ideal choice for high-speed applications where low noise and a first-class ride are of the utmost importance.
Key Features:
- Ten-inch roller wheels
- Innovative elastomeric bearings
